Peng Xuewen, the first executive Vice President of Guangdong Alumni Association, delivered a welcome speech。The first president Chen Feng made a summary of the work of the first alumni Association and a report on the preparatory work of the second member congress。Executive Vice President Xiong Bo made the first financial report of the alumni Association。Yang Xing, head of the Board of supervisors, will make a report。
Huang Liping, Secretary General of the Alumni Association, read the Reply on agreeing to hold the Second General Assembly of the Alumni Association of Hunan Normal University in Guangdong Province for a new term election.。
The conference reviewed and passed a series of draft articles of association, financial management measures and so on, and elected the members of the second Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of Guangdong Alumni Association through online voting。
Zhou Junwu presented the flag and the letter of appointment to the elected President Chen Feng, and together with Huang Liping, Chen Feng, Chen Jiao, Yan Shengfan and Xiong Bo, presented the letter of appointment to the members of the second Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and 15 advisory members。

Wang Qiangdong and Tan Wenbiao, Executive Vice president and Secretary General of Guangdong Alumni Association of Central South University, delivered speeches respectively。
Zhou Junwu, on behalf of the school, welcomed and thanked the attending alumni, and congratulated the alumni who were elected as the second director and supervisor of the Guangdong Alumni Association。He stressed that alumni are valuable assets of the university, and the alumni Association is an important bridge connecting alumni and their Alma mater。He hoped that alumni would return to his Alma mater frequently to witness the prosperity and progress of his Alma mater。He hoped that the Guangdong Alumni Association would continue to carry forward the fine tradition, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among alumni, and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of the Alma mater。
