1.Strong ideals and beliefs, love Chinese language international education and Confucius Institute cause;Law-abiding, honest and honest, strong sense of organization;Loyal to duty, pragmatic style, with good professional ethics。

2.Bachelor degree or above。

3.In principle, no more than 58 years old (inclusive)。

4.In principle, associate professor or above, deputy director or above administrative positions, with overseas study or work experience。

5.Proficiency in the host language or English。

6.Master computer word processing and network, multimedia application technology, familiar with Chinese teaching work。

7.Strong leadership, organization and management skills and cross-cultural communication skills。

8.Good physical health, with good environmental adaptability and mental endurance。

9.In addition to the above basic conditions, other conditions specified by the Center and the Foundation。

3. Working period

The term of office of the Chinese president is subject to the actual departure date, which is generally 2-4 years, including 1 year of probation。

Iv. Job responsibilities

1.Abide by the Constitution of the Confucius Institute, love the work of the Confucius Institute and the cause of international Chinese language education, and obey the management of the Center, the foundation and Hunan Normal University。We should carry out effective communication and coordination with foreign countries, treat each other as equals, and cooperate in a friendly manner. We should respect the customs and habits of the host countries, refrain from imposing them on others, and consciously resist and oppose any words or deeds that harm the friendly cooperation between China and other countries。

2.Master the fund management regulations of the institution and be familiar with the relevant fund management methods。Work with foreign directors to formulate rules and regulations of the Confucius Institute, participate in the personnel and financial management of the Confucius Institute, and facilitate regular meetings of the board of directors of the Confucius Institute。

3.In close cooperation with the foreign director, we are jointly responsible for the daily operation of the Confucius Institute, organize Chinese language teaching, cultural promotion and other activities, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with local governments, schools, enterprises, associations and media。

4.Responsible for the management of Chinese teachers and volunteers, reasonable allocation of work tasks, help to solve the difficulties in work and life, assist the center and the school to do a good job in the application, selection, evaluation and assessment of Chinese teachers and volunteers。We will carry out local teacher training。

5.Coordinate with foreign parties to ensure the smooth implementation of key projects of the Center;To assist Hunan Normal University to carry out recruitment publicity, exchange and project cooperation between teachers and students of the two schools。

6.Attend the Confucius Institute Conference and provide relevant materials as required。

2.The review and recommendation team will conduct the qualification examination of the applicants according to the selection criteria and selection notice. The Confucius Institute Office will organize the on-campus selection and interview according to the actual situation. The time will be announced separately。
